Otter Bunkhouse pricing (2 night minimum booking, maximum 8 persons)
March - October - £220 per night / November - February - £140 per night
We do not currently offer single beds - bunkhouse is booked on sole use only.
Otter Bothy (2 night minumum booking, sleeps 2
March - October - £120 per night / November - February - £ 80 per night
Any booking made is provisional until full payment is received, which we request is paid at least 28 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (details provided when booking). Please see below for our terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We request full payment at least 28 days before arrival. Bookings made within 28 days of arrival to be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation policy is 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, otherwise no refund provided.
Guests should preferably arrive from 4pm and before 11pm at the latest. Check out time by 10am
Please take care on the rocky shoreline, and also on the croft around the bunkhouse, as the ground can be uneven in places.
The Bunkhouse and Bothy are not staffed on a full time basis. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.

The Bunkhouse and Bothy are non-smoking.
We do not accept dogs or other pets.
We would like everyone to have a pleasant stay with us on our properties. Please show consideration to others. Should anyone cause a disruption or be abusive to other guests, we reserve the right to ask them to leave.
